With the evolving financial industry and the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), our focus has shifted to managing third-party risks and enhancing digital and operational resilience. We oversee relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring they comply with regulations and internal policies. Our team conducts thorough risk assessments, develops effective mitigation strategies, and monitors vendor performance, risk, and resilience. We also ensure Robeco remains in control of its outsourcing partners and can demonstrate compliance to clients, auditors, and regulators by staying up to date with the latest regulatory developments and industry standards.
