Third-Party Risk & Business Continuity Manager – Continental Europe

Overview

Sompo International is seeking a Regional Third-Party Risk & Business Continuity Manager to ensure the operational execution of the global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and business continuity management (BCM) standards in the Continental Europe region . This role reports directly to the Department Head – Third Party Management & Business Resilience .

The successful candidate will focus on maintaining operational excellence in TPRM by ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate data management, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the role involves supporting regional BCM initiatives by acting as the primary point of contact and facilitating the implementation and testing of business continuity plans.
