Threat Intelligence Team Lead

Purpose

Support and execute initiatives that enhance security service operations and enable the delivery of new service capabilities, contributing to improved service quality, operational efficiency, and long-term customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational, research, and support tasks in alignment with defined policies, procedures, and escalation protocols.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack campaigns using Threat Intelligence Platforms and supplementary data sources.
• Produce and deliver actionable intelligence reports (daily, weekly, and ad hoc) and validated research for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and support threat hunting activities, malware analysis, IOC identification, and security incident investigations across multiple client environments.
