We are looking for a THT Production Lead for a very important client.
Position Summary:
The Production Lead reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager or Supervisor A Production Lead is responsible for supervising, controlling, scheduling and coordinating work flow on the manufacturing in order to meet quality and delivery commitments as set forth by the Company The Production Lead may perform a variety of tasks in accordance with their training, experience, and skill. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
·Working with production, maintaining production schedule based on build capacity
· Working with production control, establishing production schedule based on clear to build dates
· Working with clear to build schedule to level load work centers in manufacturing plant
· Manipulating/maintaining schedule as needed to accommodate customer delivery and new proposal of re-commit dates
