NeoWork is seeking a Thumbnail Designer to create high-performing thumbnails for podcasts and short-form content. Thumbnails are one of the most critical growth drivers, helping content stand out and drive engagement across platforms.

This is a freelance, part-time remote role with consistent weekly volume and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

YouTube Episode Thumbnails

• Design 15–20 thumbnails per week for long-form podcast episodes
• Create attention-grabbing visuals optimized for YouTube
• Match brand identity across multiple shows

Short-Form Thumbnails

• Design 30–50+ thumbnails per week for:
  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
• Create scroll-stopping cover images

Design Systems & Branding

• Build and maintain show-specific thumbnail templates
