Reporting to the Sawmill Manager, this permanent position offers you the chance to impact sawmill operations significantly. You’ll be responsible for enforcing safety standards, coaching staff, and overseeing maintenance schedules. Your strategic oversight will ensure project transitions into operations are seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain highest safety and environmental compliance
• Provide technical support and guidance to tradespeople
• Collaborate on maintenance planning with operational teams
• Utilize CMMS for managing work orders and equipment data
