Ticket Coordinator

Minerva Gas Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticket Coordinator. As a Ticket Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient logistics and travel arrangements for our crew members.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinates closely with the approved travel agencies to request flight options, book seats, issue tickets providing the required accompanying documents for seafarers, office staff, and other eligible travelers.

• Handles visa requirements and travel documentation and ensures compliance prior to travel.
• Processes, reviews and verifies invoices received from travel agencies, registers them in the ERP system, and forwards them to the relevant departments for approval.
