The Ticket Seller / Cargo Associate is responsible for selling bus tickets, assisting passengers with travel information, and managing cargo and parcel transactions. This role ensures accurate ticketing, proper handling of cargo, excellent customer service, and smooth daily operations at the bus terminal or office.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing & Customer Service

• Sell bus tickets accurately using manual or computerized ticketing systems
• Provide passengers with information on routes, schedules, fares, and policies
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special travel requests professionally
• Issue receipts, refunds, and ticket changes when necessary

Cash Handling & Reporting

• Collect cash and electronic payments for tickets and cargo services
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily sales reports
• Ensure accuracy and accountability in all financial transactions
