We are mass hiring Call Center Agents across our Metro Manila sites Earn Up to 28K Monthly + 30K Sign-On Bonus. Open for applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls related to ticket inquiries, reservations, and cancellations.
- Guide customers through the online ticketing system and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Forward complex or unresolved concerns to the relevant department or supervisor for further support.
- Safeguard confidential customer data by adhering to established security protocols and guidelines.
