Ticketing Executive - Domestic and International (GDS)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ticketing Executive to manage domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel-related enquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and excellent communication skills to provide efficient and professional travel assistance to clients.
Job Responsibilities :
Handle domestic and international flight ticketing.
Manage hotel reservations and other travel services.
Work efficiently on GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Galileo.
Assist clients with travel enquiries, fare quotations, cancellations, and reissuance.
Ensure accurate booking details and timely confirmations.
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service.
