Ticketing Officer

We are looking for a highly experienced Ticketing Officer to join our team at VOLO Travel & Tourism (Member of ZMI Holdings) .

As a Ticketing Officer at VOLO , your main responsibility is to manage travel and hotel bookings and arrangements for our offshore and onshore employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, proven experience in a similar role, and familiarity with related booking systems. The candidate must also be capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently handle a high volume of booking requests and urgent travel arrangements.
