Description

• Manage and process ticketing requests for domestic and international travel.
• Utilize Sabre and other ticketing systems for accurate booking and issuance of tickets.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to air travel and ticketing options.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of ticket transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of airline booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred
