Responsibilities:
· Host engaging and interactive live streams on Tik Tok to promote products and services
· Develop creative content ideas and concepts for live streams, incorporating current trends and challenges to maximize viewer engagement
· Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and questions in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to build a strong online community
· Collaborate with the team to understand campaign objectives and target audience to tailor live stream content accordingly
· Maintain a consistent and professional on-screen presence, adhering to brand guidelines and promoting a positive and inclusive environment
· Analyse live stream performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future streams
