This full-time position is based in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary of up to 28k.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via non-voice channels such as Tiktok
2. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
3. Assist with the creation and curation of content for the company's Tiktok account
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective Tiktok strategies
5. Continuously monitor and analyse Tiktok performance to identify areas for improvement
6. Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team to enhance the customer experience
