Job Description
TikTok Account Manager (Onsite)
Manage and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, product listings, and collections
Upload, maintain, and optimize product catalogs (titles, descriptions, pricing, images)
Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and flash sales
Collaborate with creators, affiliates, and influencers to drive TikTok Shop sales
Coordinate and support live shopping sessions (planning, products, scripts, performance tracking)
Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic sources
Analyze TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads data to identify growth opportunities
Manage order flow, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop
Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and platform guidelines
Stay up to date with TikTok trends, features, and e-commerce best practices
Timings : 1pm to 10pm ( Mon to Fri)
