Job Overview:
We're helping our client find a TikTok Coach (Creator Growth & Virality) who can deeply learn and execute their proprietary creator growth method and deliver high-impact, actionable feedback that helps creators improve performance, retention, and virality on TikTok.
This is not a motivational or surface-level coaching role. You will be responsible for breaking down creator content at a granular level, identifying what's working, what's not, and exactly how to fix it, using clear frameworks, consumer psychology, and TikTok-native best practices.
You will primarily support beginner to intermediate creators, helping them become confident, self-sufficient, and results-driven on the platform.
TikTok Shop experience is always preferred.
