TikTok Commerce - Mass Account Manager, Poland

About the TeamAs an integral part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e-commerce experience. Responsibilities
- Owning strategy and execution for TikTok Commerce including incubation plans.
- Lead end-to-end incubation for high-potential partners, including onboarding, project planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform.
- Identify scalable growth opportunities and design/roll out programs to improve partner performance (., video/LIVE challenges, lifecycle email campaigns, enablement initiatives).
