About the Role:
We aren't looking for a manager to maintain the status quo; we are looking for a visionary growth architect. As the Head of TikTok Commerce, your primary mandate is to build the TikTok department from the ground up and scale it to achieve a 20x profit increase.
This is a high-stakes, high-reward role for a leader who treats the department like their own business. You will own the entire P&L (Profit & Loss), ensuring that every creative, every influencer partnership, and every ad dollar is a calculated move toward massive profitability. You aren't just creating campaigns; you are building a profit machine.
Key Responsibilities
Departmental Architecture & P&L Ownership
- Build from Scratch: Recruit, hire, and train a world-class TikTok team (outreach, creative, and ops).
- P&L Management: Total accountability for the department's financial health, managing budgets, margins, and overhead to hit our 20x profit target.
