Our client is seeking a Creator Recruitment & Growth Lead to manage the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and monetization of TikTok creators. This on-camera, revenue-owning role blends creator recruitment, live hosting, and talent development. The successful candidate will engage potential creators live on TikTok, onboard them into the network, and coach them to generate consistent revenue. Confidence on camera, a strong understanding of TikTok culture, and a performance-driven mindset are essential.
