Job Title: Social Media Manager

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Fully Remote

This role is a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate is familiar with TikTok trends, has experience growing accounts organically, and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Grow social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook); reach out to creators, negotiate percentages, and grow daily with more creators; manage contacts, etc.
• Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
• Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
