JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Content Planning & Production Management

• Create and manage weekly and daily content schedules for:
• TikTok Shop product videos
• Personal brand content
• Organize filming days by content type (e.g., skincare days, makeup days, fashion days)
• Assign due dates to:
• Raw footage
• Edited videos
• Posting deadlines
• Ensure editors receive content on time and deliver edits on schedule

TikTok Shop Sample & Deadline Tracking

• Monitor TikTok Shop backend for:
• Sample requests
• Accepted samples
• Video due dates
• Track:
• Products received
• Videos still pending
• Extensions (when needed)
• Ensure creator is reminded before deadlines, not after
• Maintain ethical review timelines (allowing enough product testing time)
