TikTok Shop Handler

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Handler who can manage daily operations, listings, and order flow on TikTok Shop efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs)
• Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and refunds
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch and delivery
• Monitor store performance, penalties, and compliance guidelines
• Manage seller center dashboard, vouchers, discounts, and campaigns
• Liaise with TikTok support for disputes and technical issues
• Maintain daily sales, order, and inventory reports
• Support influencer/affiliate coordination (if required)
• Ensure smooth customer experience and SOP adherence
