The Role

The TikTok Shop Team Lead and Strategist in our Agency - is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end strategic and operational success of our clients' TikTok Shop accounts. You will lead a dedicated team to execute comprehensive strategies, from initial account setup and optimization to daily management, with the ultimate goal of driving rapid revenue and making client accounts grow.

• Develop, own, and execute the comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy for a portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with overall brand and revenue goals.
• Maintain a primary focus on growth and profitability, constantly identifying and exploiting new opportunities within the TikTok Shop ecosystem (e.g., new ad formats, platform features, creator collaborations).
