• Hyperscale our Affiliate Marketing & Live Commerce
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates & creators
• Test new formats, creators, and partnerships to unlock growth
• Grow our TikTok Shop revenue
• Optimize TikTok Shop ROI

Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling Affiliate Marketing and TikTok Shop
• Strong performance mindset with clear revenue ownership for TikTok
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
