Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand and business goals
Create, film, edit, and publish high-performing short-form videos (organic + paid concepts)
Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, hooks, and formats and adapt them quickly
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content that drives leads and bookings
Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for engagement and conversion
Analyze performance (views, watch time, CTR, leads) and optimize content based on data
