Become a key team leader at a Tim Hortons location. As a Supervisor, you will drive service excellence while training and motivating your team members every shift.
In this supervisory role, you will support operations by managing daily activities and promoting a positive work environment. Your expertise in the quick-service restaurant industry, combined with 1-3 years of experience, will allow you to effectively oversee guest service standards and team training. You will contribute by ensuring the successful execution of product launches and promotions while resolving guest issues proactively.
