To provide a social work service to children and young people with disabilities and their families assessed as requiring a care and support plan (Children Act 1989/SSWBA2014 )

To work co-productively with families and professionals within the community,

Any other duties as directed by Corporate Chief Officer (Social Services) or senior nominated officer which may be deemed legal and reasonable at the time of instruction.
