Position Overview

We are seeking a Time & Attendance Functional Lead to serve as the country-level subject matter expert for Time & Attendance processes. This role will ensure that global design, configuration, and deployment align with local business requirements, labor regulations, and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for Time & Attendance processes and workforce management.
• Support the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Time & Attendance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and workforce regulations, particularly within Quebec (QC).
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to support business requirements and process improvements.
• Manage and support time tracking, attendance, scheduling, and workforce-related processes.
