Timekeeper

About the role

We are seeking a Timekeeper to join our team at CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.' in Binondo Manila City. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in our Records Management & Document Control operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately track and record employee attendance, working hours and overtime
2. Compile and maintain detailed employee timekeeping records and reports
3. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing by providing timely attendance data
4. Monitor and manage employee leave requests and entitlements
5. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of timekeeping systems and procedures
6. Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding timekeeping and payroll inquiries
7. Support broader records management and document control initiatives within the organization
