Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or at least a vocational/technical course in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Timekeeper in the construction industry.
• Knowledgeable in timekeeping systems, payroll coordination, overtime computation, and attendance monitoring.
• Familiar with construction site operations, manpower deployment, and work schedules.
• Accurate in recording daily attendance, overtime, leaves, and absences of site personnel.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site engineers, supervisors, and HR.
• Willing to be assigned on-site and work flexible hours if needed.
