Timekeeper (Night Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform Timekeeping for payroll processing
• Ensures that all employees' payroll and other remuneration are paid on the scheduled pay days.
• Ensures accuracy in the computation and entry of employees' payroll
• Check actual head count of workers per groups;
• Monitors manpower movement and checks productivity of manpower on site;
• Is responsible in responding to every employee's inquiry regarding timekeeping;
• Sorting & Filing of Timekeeping Documents following the ISO Procedures;
• Check and monitor those who loiter/litter/malingering and sleeping during working hours;
• Check and monitor those who are using cellphones during working hours;and
• Attend to instructions given by PIC / PM / Admin;
• Other function as may required from time to time.
