1. Perform detailing operations such as grinding, sanding, polishing, and deburring of metal components.

2. Inspect parts for surface defects, sharp edges, or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.

3. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.

4. Follow work instructions, technical drawings, PDS, and quality standards to ensure precision and consistency.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area.

6. Record production data and report any defects or irregularities to supervisors.

7. Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet output targets.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
