Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate paint tinting machines to mix and match colors accurately based on formulas or customer requirements
• Prepare custom paint colors according to color codes, swatches, or sample references
• Ensure correct measurement and dispensing of pigments, bases, and additives
• Conduct color matching and adjustment to achieve exact shade consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and proper calibration of tinting equipment
• Perform basic quality checks on mixed paint (color accuracy, viscosity, finish)
• Assist customers in selecting colors and finishes when assigned in retail setup
• Label mixed paint containers correctly with color name, code, and batch details
• Monitor pigment inventory levels and report low stocks
• Follow safety procedures in handling chemicals, pigments, and equipment
