TELUS Mobility Program is an inbound client care account catering customer service support for TELUS wireless subscribers, both prepaid and post-paid.
Agents handles all inbound queries and provide resolutions to issues of wireless mobile phone subscribers, both prepaid and post paid; Initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery ; Up sell TELUS products and services.
