Overview

On behalf of Tipalti, SD Solutions is looking for a Card Payment Delivery Associate to join a growing global team dedicated to card revenue expansion. This is an early-career role that contributes to the company's growth strategy by executing and supporting card payments to suppliers. The Associate tracks payment statuses, manages supplier communications, and ensures precise payment instructions. This is a high-volume, strategically important role that directly impacts revenue achievement.

Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers to process payments by telephone, web portal, and/or email.
• Deliver payments accurately within service level agreements in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure timely authorization and settlement of payments.
