World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short‑term real‑estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base of small and medium‑sized businesses across the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

Generally, working hours will be 9:00 am‑6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Hours may be greater based on operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of both English and Spanish. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and clear commercial and residential property reports from our title vendors.
• Liaise and maintain open communication with Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution.
• Monitor pipeline and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
