Lead Analytics Engineer (Delivery Lead)

Initial Requirements to Apply:

English level B2 or higher (interviews and daily work are 100% in English).

Must reside in Colombia with legal authorization to work in the country.

Proven professional experience leading analytics or data engineering initiatives, ideally in research or analytics-driven environments.

Required Skills / Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in
  analytics or data engineering roles,
  with a strong track record of leading delivery efforts.
• Strong, hands-on
  SQL and Python expertise

• 3+ years hands-on experience working with
  Electronic Data Capture (EDC)
  systems and clinical or pharmaceutical datasets.
• Hands-on delivery experience with modern data platforms such as
