作为【重点客户经理】,您将负责公司天猫旗舰店和猫超的销售及运营工作,达成业绩目标。

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • 对接渠道的相关工作,包括(销售/库存、预算、合同谈判)
  • 制定年度/季度/月度销量目标,完成预期销售目标
  • 配合公司市场推广活动,优化活动落地方案,扩大品牌影响力
  • 管理 TP 日常工作
  • 对接市场部和供应链、优化消费者体验
  • 定期与平台小二/直客及 TP 运营进行生意回顾,有效分析和解决当下问题,并发现新增长机会点,为业务长期发展提供战略支持
  • 对数字有敏感度,能独立整理并分析店铺及行业数据,透过数据诊断店铺现存问题,预判可能出现的隐患, 并能自主灵活调整店铺运营和销售策略
  • WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • 3年及以上电商从业经验,天猫旗舰店经历must 1.5-2年,猫超经历nice to have
