TMS Staff

The TMS Staff is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing operational and production data to support process improvement, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This role applies industrial engineering principles, advanced Excel analysis, and ERP-based data to enhance production performance, inventory control, and overall operational effectiveness across the organization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production, inventory, quality, and cost data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support management decision-making.
