TMX Group Workday HR Specialist Role

Join TMX Group as an HR Workday Specialist, optimizing the HR Technology and Workforce Analytics team. This role, operating in a hybrid model from Toronto, focuses on reporting and process efficiency.
Reporting to the Director of Global HR Technology & Operations, you'll be responsible for the configuration and reporting needs within Workday HCM. You will work collaboratively with HR Functional Leads to implement automation while enhancing user self-service and efficiency across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute configuration for HCM modules in Workday
• Manage functional needs and support stakeholders
• Develop testing plans and perform Workday testing
• Create dashboards and analytics for reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues with Tier 2 support
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, IT, or similar area
• 3+ years in Workday HCM; expertise in reporting
