Position Overview

NTFS is seeking independent field technicians to install fiber and wireless services to the home (FTTH).

Your Responsibilities

• Perform installations, aerial fiber drops, and repairs in coordination with Network Operations Centre (NOC) personnel to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

• Experience with Fiber To The Home (FTTH) installations is required.
• Fiber testing and repair tools are an asset.
• Criminal background check required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.

• Must have a van, basic tools, extension ladder, and a current laptop.
