TOC Technician

About the Position

This position is responsible for providing support to all activities related to Playout for Live Events Transmission through cloud and on‑prem video technologies, and for providing Level1 support for Infrastructure and Networking areas. The role includes supporting the Playout technology and Transmission chains for the Warner Bros. Discovery Live Channels Portfolio, acting as the FPC for operational inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Setup, validate, and correct workflows for delivering live feeds through fiber and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with support teams in Infrastructure, Networking, and Transmission to resolve time‑sensitive issues affecting critical services.
• Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation for the area.
• Perform corrective maintenance on critical services.
