Tokenization of real-world assets is one of the most significant structural shifts happening in financial markets – and Monad is positioned to be the home for it. As Tokenization Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end effort to build a thriving RWA ecosystem on Monad: sourcing and onboarding asset issuers, unlocking on‑chain utility, and ensuring tokenized assets reach investors and end users at scale.
