Reports to: Senior TCS Coordinator
Purpose: To provide 2nd level support on the toll system, oracle, linux and networks
Qualifications, skills and required competencies to meet the job outcomes:
Diploma in information technology/management
MS Word/Excel
Oracle background
Database experience
Linux experience is non-negotiable
Networking experience
Training on the toll system (hardware and software)
Company's contractual obligations
Company's toll collection system
In house induction payment card industry DSS
Valid light motor vehicle driver's License
Excellent writing, documenting and communication
Excellent computer literacy skills
Interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Experience on Redhat and Debian or similar
