Reports to: Senior TCS Coordinator

Purpose: To provide 2nd level support on the toll system, oracle, linux and networks

Qualifications, skills and required competencies

• Diploma in information technology/management
• MS Word/Excel
• Oracle background
• Database experience
• Linux experience is non-negotiable
• Networking experience
• Training on the toll system (hardware and software)
• Company’s contractual obligations
• Company’s toll collection system
• In house induction payment card industry DSS
• Valid light motor vehicle driver’s License
• Excellent writing, documenting and communication
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
