Job Description

• To represents the company's as front liner servicemen and to provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to the highway users.
• To collect toll from vehicles ensuring that the amount collected is in accordance with vehicle classification and toll rate.
• To check and ensure that the toll equipment is functioning well prior to the beginning of the shift and to report any malfunction promptly.
• To receive and report any information and complaints from the road users
• To undertake other duties as and when directed by the Toll Supervisor.
