- Guarantee safety stock strategy for raw and packaging materials.
- Follow up to raw and packaging materials delivery.
- Manage SAP requirements (raw and packaging materials).
- Follow up to purchase orders.
- Guarantee correct communication of purchase order to the vendor, for overall necessities and monthly follow up.
- Follow up to payment terms and payment due dates.
- Accurate communication within Toller operations to inform scheduling and any possible delay that will impact the operations.
- Ensure that materials are cost effective and meet quality standards.Packging designns.
- Coordinate the creation or modification of the art of packaging materials.
- Coordinate review and approval process for art modifications.
- Follow up with external agencies for art modification.
