The Toluca GT MFE Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and be based at our office in Toluca. In this role you will be responsible for developing technical specifications for new manufacturing processes, selecting technology that ensures the required quality and precision, participating in overall project timelines, managing budgets (Capex/OPEX), conducting technical evaluations for new developments, promoting the Marelli IATF quality management system, and implementing innovative systems to achieve plant KPIs.
