• Drive high safety standards for all yard operations, ensuring a safe work environment for Amazon and non‑Amazon workers.
• Audit and ensure compliance to all standard work, nail the plan, and meet environmental regulations.
• Meet the OTP/OTD target per shift.
• Own area performance metrics and communicate them to the TOM Manager and site leadership.
