Drive high safety standards for all yard operations, ensuring a safe work environment for Amazon and non‐Amazon workers.
Audit and ensure compliance to all standard work, nail the plan, and meet environmental regulations.
Meet the OTP/OTD target per shift.
Own area performance metrics and communicate them to the TOM Manager and site leadership.
